Dr Sharon Des Landes


Sharon Des Landes is a  Consultant Clinical Psychologist with many years experience in a wide range of community and inpatient settings. Sharon works with adults, families, couples, children, adolescents and groups. Her specialist skills are in mental health, trauma, parenting, attachment and recovery from emergencies. Her therapeutic interests include design, creativity, rites of passage, body oriented psychotherapists and meditation

Dr Kate Reid

Kate is a Clinical Psychologist with 20 years experience and is also a registered supervisor. Kate specialises in working with children and adolescents as well as with adults. Kate’s main therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy and Mindfulness based approaches.

Kate is passionate about providing high quality psychological interventions for clients presenting with a range of problems across our region. Her focus is working with people on developmental, attachment and trauma issues, utilising mindfulness and mentalisation strategies.

Kate is also keen to support and develop our local workforce through supervision and training in any of these modalities

Nasalifya Namwinga


Nasalifya Namwinga, a Clinical Psychologist ,trained in Aotearoa(New Zealand) is passionate about working from an intersectional perspective to support clients. She specialised in working with adults, with a particular interest in culturally responsive clinical practice.

Nasalifya has experience in the forensic and health sector and is able to provide psychological assessment and treatment for a wide range of issues

Nasalifya uses a variety of therapy approaches, including cognitive- behaviour therapy(CBT), metacognitive therapy(MCT) and attachment-based approaches to assist individuals to achieve their goals and increased overall wellbeing
