Dr Sharon Des Landes

Sharon Des Landes is a  Consultant Clinical Psychologist with many years experience in a wide range of community and inpatient settings. Sharon works with adults, families, couples, children, adolescents and groups. Her specialist skills are in mental health, trauma, parenting, attachment and recovery from emergencies. Her therapeutic interests include design, creativity, rites of passage, body oriented psychotherapists and meditation

Dr Kate Reid

Kate is a Clinical Psychologist with 20 years experience and is also a registered supervisor. Kate specialises in working with children and adolescents as well as with adults. Kate’s main therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), DBT and Mindfulness based approaches.

Kate is passionate about providing high quality psychological interventions for clients presenting with a range of problems across our region. Her focus is working with people on developmental, attachment and trauma issues, utilising mindfulness and mentalisation strategies.

Kate is also keen to support and develop our local workforce through supervision and training in any of these modalities

Dr Kelly Harris

Dr Kelly Harris is a Clinical  Psychologist with experience in both public and private mental health settings. She has worked with clients across the lifespan and has a particular interest in high prevalence disorders such as anxiety and mood disorders. Her recently completed doctoral research at Monash University investigated the effectiveness of  transdiagnostic therapies to treat a range of emotional disorders.

Kelly adopts a collaborative approach to assessment and treatment, working with clients to identify and understand their current difficulties and goals for therapy. She employs a range of evidence-based psychological interventions to tailor therapy and meet individual client needs. Kelly most commonly utilises Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy(ACT), Positive Psychology and Mindfulness Based therapeutic modalities. Kelly can accept WorkCover and TAC referrals, with gap payment approx $35
